Tewksbury - "BANDA MOUNTAIN (Remix by IKSRE)"

The arrival of IKSRE in our orbit has been really lovely. Her remix of Tewksbury’s original “glacial ambient composition of continually evolving tape loops of human voices” is a really lovely thing. Strings and heavily distorted melodies seem to hang in the air for a second or two longer before dissipating and settling into the ground like dew. A heavy and quite lovely composition by these two excellent ambient artists whose shared admiration for each other’s work is evident in the DNA of this track.
