There aren’t many better ways to start a morning than to allow the Scottish composer Adenine’s harp, drone and field recordings wash over you like heavy particles of dew. Field recordings taken from the Cairgorm mountains act as crackling noise floor while Adenine’s gently melodic and slowly intensifying harp and droning synths reinterpet and contextualize the peaceful natural sounds. A wonderful find and in constant rotation.
