On “Blue Divided by Blue” the Jerusalem based artist Yair Cohen finds a synesthetic reference for the way this track folds into itself like a collapsing star of bluish hues. Melancholy drones and held notes streak the sky creating a rhythmic, faintly pulsing composition that finds it’s movement in a deep sense of stillness. Lovely work here.
