Eik Octobre’s new composition “Falling into Something New” is a composition that expands outwards like origami folded in reverse. Spiralling out from a piano melody with beautiful ambient overtones, Eik Octobre folds in strings and slightly agitated percussion to build the emotional heft of the composition to new spheres of transcendence. Absolutely beautiful work.
