Coming off the excellent Transmusical EP out on Young Dumb late last month, “La Casa” unfolds from a rolling house rhythm put through it’s paces by a series of short synth stabs, glitched bass line and fried vocal samples that are relentless in their pursuit of linear perfection. Coming from the fertile electronic scene in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the young electronic producer creates “Gender Free” music that focuses the democratic and independent nature of techno, house and disco. “La Casa” resides in the crossroads of House and Techno, but feels liberated and free, living outside genre and gender specifications.
