Micah Pick and Analise Hausmann - "Stars in the Riptide"

In this collaborative composition by Micah Pick and violinist Analise Hausmann, the two swim in the ebbing tides of submerged drones, peaks of violin and the chatter of revibrating electronic signals being set free to roam. Of the track, Pick states that it is, “a dreamscape of an orchestral ocean, Stars in the Riptide was born out of a solo violin improvisation being fed into a modular synth to create an ethereal and open world of sound that builds and blooms like waves crashing onto rocks in slow motion. Both orchestral and ambient, soothing and full of motion.”
