Digyphus - "White Whale"

On “White Whale” by Digyphus, there is a never-ending tension that continues to build without conclusion. A constant ratcheting up of dread through pulsating drones, whale-song effects that swim in and out of focus and a surging bass drone that slides beneath the water with understated malice. “White Whale” often being a stand in for the concept of something elusive that we hunt for but never catch, this linear progression without definitive resolution is a perfect metaphor.
