JU4N - "CONTAINER WITH DOVE"

On the album Enhanced Interior Landscapes, the Austin based electronic composer Juan Cisneros or JU4N combines elements of new age music, neoclassical and modern jazz into patiently unfolding, completely immersive interior landscapes that seem to create serpentine paths through the connective wiring of Midi controlled sequencing and the inner connectivity of our brain’s responsive structure. On “Container with Dove” we hear a patient drone being pulled across the timeline, shifting and ebbing along gossamer webbing while bursts of FM Synthesis appreggiations drop like crystalline rain. It’s a gorgeous display of hyperreal New Age notions with the grace and agility of hardware coming to life and recognizing itself in a mirror.
