Psychedelic troubadour Micah Nelson (aka Particle Kid) takes us on a fractured, deeply woozy trip through “Amerikan Lyfe”. A loose, held-together-with-neon-string composition with a huge, swelling chorus is graced by Willie Nelson’s vocals as both take a Gonzo trip right into the guts of the enchanted and unhinged contradictions that make up American Life. Archival footage narrate the entire journey as “life” turns the Mobius strip into “lie”. Great work here.
