Conceived of while on a six hour train ride through the Japanese mountains, the UK artist now based out of Japan has created a brilliant, glitched smear of techno fed through hundreds of processors to create a propulsive, not-untrainlike composition that covers vast arrays of ground. "CD Green" by Scott Wade is set on a hummingbird pace through a variety of electronic subgenres until everything becomes a blur presenting listening options that range from nestling into every melodic line or chopped percussive measure to a flattened blur of notes that almost equal an ambient composition. Brilliant work.
