BENSNBURNER - "RESPAWN"

"Respawn" is a scorching slab of eliding drone and cicada-like melodies pushed far into the red clamoring for space from the German experimental artist. The visuals for "Respawn" is a perfectly hypnotic slowmotion-and-reversed footage of  a bus and it's passage through a crowded metro area. There is a beguiling simplicity that forces us to look at these common images in a new way when slowed down and set to Bensnburner's ambient glide.
