LAVEDA - "L"
The Albany, NY based shoegaze band returns with another soaring composition that tracks modern love with a decidedly sympathetic bent to the disconnection we feel from one another. Described as a soundtrack to an imaginary 80's High School dance, "L" has the same kind of airy lift on the chorus filtered through their characteristic noise-laden guitar sounds and strong, melodic leads and shimmering keys. Wonderful work from a band way operating at a level way beyond their years.
