PHONDUPE - "AC6"

Phondupe’s collection of ambient compositions are titled “Air Conditioning”. Considering the way these compositions seem to fill up the space given to them without much force or coercion seem to embody this concept pretty well. Large, airy piano chords create pillowy landing pads for arcing drones and higher register synths. Perhaps turning on this notion that “holding space” without forcing anything is quite important, “AC 6” provides momentary stasis in an otherwise quickening world.
