Sebastian Müller - "Seraphim"

Beautiful, swelling and crashing work here from the Swiss born, Brighton-based artist Sebastian Müller. Mastered by Lawrence English, the track “Seraphim” as well as the entire album is, entirely composed of piano samples and recordings I had collected over the years, that were then morphed and shaped using various pieces of digital and analog processing tools. This included digital plugins, guitar pedals, guitar amps and modular synthesizer components.” This experimentation has big payoffs in the layered approaches to various sources of intersecting sound that runs throughout. Washes of noise, stray piano lines and huge drones run throughout.
