The Reno, NV experimental artist bes offers a blown out, heavily textured composition that pulls from the artist’s immersion into compositional techniques of musique concrète, elektronische musik and avant-garde jazz to create something heavily noise influenced and alive with some kind of ancient, mechanical breathing. The incredibly aptly titled “improvising alone” is full of these compositions - for “Graphite and Water no.5” we hear manipulated keys, chimes, electronics, and winds bent into unearthly and ungodly shapes.
