Hereafter - "Northern Lights"

A particularly heavy cut from the PA based one-person Post-Rock project Hereafter, “Northern Lights” starts out of the gate with a massive swell of reverb-drenched guitars and frantic drumming before settling into a more spacious and wide-screen Post-Rock section stretching into the almost-ambient ionosphere. The heaviness returns on the outro, launching headway into a ramshackle, sell-all crescendo that pulls from Metal as much as it does Shoegaze.
